Registration
The registration for the course is only valid if the registration fee of EUR 50,- is transferred. It will be deducted from the course fee. With the admission, which is sent approx. 10 days after the registration deadline (1 June), the remaining amount is due according to the enclosed invoice.
Registration fee and course fee can be transferred either via PayPal or bank transfer. International bank transfers must be free of any fees charged to the Rotenburger Gitarrenwoche.

Bank details:
The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) will be sent to you in a confirmation email after the registration has been sent. Don't forget the keyword: Registration 2024, plus name and address! It is also possible to pay via PayPal.

Withdrawal from the registration
Withdrawal from the registration is only possible in text form. For example by mail to post@otenburger-gitarrenwoche.de or by post to Rotenburger Gitarrenwoche e.V., Vagtstr. 6, 28203 Bremen, GERMANY.

The following costs arise in the event of cancellation:

• Cancellation after registration deadline (1 June): EUR 50 (registration fee)

• After 1 July: The course fee invoiced, including any cancellation costs for board and lodging, as invoiced to us. Any refund will therefore only be made once we, the organizer, are aware of the final costs for accommodation and meals. If the free space can be reoccupied in consultation with the course and guest house management, we will refund the full course fee less the registration fee.  

• Non-appearance at course start or cancellation after course start: All costs (course fee, board and lodging).

Liability for brought instruments and valuables
The Förderkreis cannot accept any liability for instruments and valuables brought along.

Teacher wishes
The lecturers can be freely chosen. We try to fulfill all wishes as much as possible, but we reserve the right to change the participants and to make last-minute changes. During the week, the participants can exchange hours with each other.

Registration deadline
The closing date for registrations is 1 June. For free places, registrations will also be accepted after 1 June.
